- All sales are final for prints, original artwork, and digital products. We do not offer refunds for these items. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
- We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival or has a printing flaw, please email a photo along with your order number to olia [at] lifeetvoila.com, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 2–3 weeks, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
