  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • For prints and original artwork, please allow up to 5 business days for printing and packaging before shipment.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (within France)
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (within France)
  • International Shipping: 3–25 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 
  • Free shipping within France for orders over €250.
  • International shipping fees vary and will be calculated at checkout.
  • The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide for most of our products. However, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final for prints, original artwork, and digital products. We do not offer refunds for these items. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
  • We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival or has a printing flaw, please email a photo along with your order number to olia [at] lifeetvoila.com, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 2–3 weeks, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
